I for one am in favour of this so that the cops will stop harassing people.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg told CNN's Piers Morgan last night that he doesn't "understand why police officers across this country don’t stand up collectively and say we’re going to go on strike, we’re not going to protect you unless you, the public, through your legislature, do what’s required to keep us safe."

This is an astounding statement. So now it is the responsibility of the people to keep the police safe? Bloomberg is such a tool of the NWO. Obviously, if the police cannot defend themselves against the people, and the people are shooting at them because they don't want them, then the police should be permanently disbanded as obsolete and unnecessary.

If you want to be safe, let every person keep and bear arms.

EDIT - That sentence was in full caps, but some stupid setting automatically brought it down to lower case.

How much you wanna bet if all the cops in NY go on strike, bloomberg still winds up with a police escort everywhere.......

Speaking of Bloomberg...

The Aurora Colorado Police Chief used to work in the NYPD intelligence division.

sounds like a a great idea to me.

let the cops go on strike/ unpaid leave.

that would balance a LOT of local budgets - and make many communities safer !

Now that is interesting. Probably more important than we think.

We could only wish for such an outcome.

I watched as much as I could stand of Bloomborg on that POS Brit's show, and this is what I picked up on -

Bloomborg said everyone has the right to guns "for hunting, sporting, and target shooting"...he said absolutely NOTHING about self-defense whatsoever
Bloomborg indicated that NO ONE should be able to own an 'assault weapon'...hello in there, ALL guns are capable of being 'assault weapons'
Bloomborg indicated that NO ONE should be able to own ANY gun without having received permission (IOW a permit or license like in Illinois) from the state

Indeed, it's hard to even comment on a statement like that. It's like something a couple of 4 year old's would say to each other while playing in the sandbox...mommy says if you don't give me your legos, you can't ride your big wheel any more.

I think its kind of ironic.

He wants us to keep cops "safe" while the cops are under no direction to keep any of us proles "safe".

The police are already striking across America.

They've been filmed striking and beating people a lot lately.
