I saw this driving through Pasadena. I was n the left lane. As I turned left there was another patrol car in front of the shop (not in the pictures).

I think they were part of the same call. There were 4 patrol cars at the scene.

I've been to that area many times. "Ling Soo's Donut Emporium" is around back, you just can't see it in that picture.
