One of the more ignorant statements I have heard....

“They make formula for a reason, and the FDA makes sure it’s safe,” said Roxanne Schmidt,

While I agree that breast feeding is the best option what could possibly be the agenda behind locking it up? Just another nanny state move?

Bloomberg is all for the nanny state, putting his nose where it does not belong.

I am not sure. Where I live, all of the moms are pushed toward formula and away from breastfeeding. Well, I should clarify - all of the moms that I know were pushed toward formula.

I really hate it when the State gets behind something, especially when it is a good message. It is a great idea to encourage women to breast feed, but not try to trick/force them. That's Evil. If Bloomberg cared so much he should personally try to explain the benefits over breast feeding over not, but no, as a Statist he believes in force and trickery. His message, which for once is positive, is now lost and destroyed.

Statist "leaders" are hyper-pretentious megalomaniacs and they believe they know what's best. They believe everyone is retarded and people need to be forced/tricked to do the right thing.

But really, I'm just stating the obvious. You guys already share my opinion for the most part.

The reason formula is typically locked up in stores is because of theft. It is very expensive & highly sought after, & a high shoplifting item. I've heard there are lucrative 'black markets'' for it too.

I agree completely. I don't understand why they aren't having the conversation with mothers about breast feeding regardless. If they were truly there to help the patients they would have been having that conversation all along.

(I am a huge supporter of breastfeeding )

The hidden agenda is:

** The Billionaire Jew Mayor Bloomberg is telling new moms that breastmilk is better and hiding the toxic formula so that the new moms will WANT the formula more.

** In the meantime the massive toxic overload of vaccinations that the newborn receives before he/she leaves the hospital is utterly insane.

** The disgusting food & water fed to the mothers in the hospital isn't fit for human consumption, but.....

** Hold back the formula for a couple of days so that when the goyim moms get out they can go buy, buy, buy CASES of the OVERPRICED KOSHER CERTIFIED CRAP !

Hide it, Lock it up...... the HUGE SUPPLY/NEVER ENDING SUPPLY of the Jewish FORMULA to make them think it's PRICELESS and want more.....................

one example:
Mead Johnson Nutrition is one of the BIGGEST formula companies owned by Bristol Myers Squibb (pharmaceutical company) for over 30 years.

They don't care about the health of the newborn babies, they care about PROFIT $$$$$$$$$$$$

In my home State, when mothers get on Government assistance they do not get money to buy the food of their choice, they get Similac; the most popular baby formula in the States.

Lets take a look at the label and see what we find:

http://josefbrandenburg.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/Similac-Label-Ingredients.jpg

Yep! You guessed it, the number one ingredient is 42.6% Corn syrup solids. The 4th ingredient is 10% Sugar. That is over 52% of the product, no wonder your child has diabetes at the age of 7.
