I have been able to silence a noisome canine by shouting at it in Korean. In other cases, including at my friend's house, I just have to look at their dog and it shuts the fuck up after having spoken Korean around it months before. What a powerful tongue!
Phrases to use around noisome dogs:
보신탕 (bo shin tang) - dog soup
너 이제 죽었어 (neo ije jug eoss eo) - you're dead meat
닥쳐 씨발 (dag chyeo shi bal) - STFU

massiseo - delicious
see-bahl - "you're a c*nt"
Kam-sah-ham-ni-da - thank you

I wonder if you are familiar with Dr. Masaru Emoto and his work regarding frequency transmission via thought and voice. It does not really matter what language is spoken or if the recipient knows it. Thoughts and intentions are still conveyed on some level, which he calls frequency.
He shows magnified views of frozen water which have been exposed to either positive or negative stimuli, usually short phrases like those in your OP. He found that water which was prayed or meditated over would freeze in drastically different crystalline patterns from water which was exposed to people screaming "I hate you!" or similar. The water could freeze into broken or malformed crystalline structures, then be prayed over, and freeze in uniform structures. It even worked with non-religious people thinking positive thoughts.
He went on to speculate that human beings both emit and receive frequencies and that these subtly color existence.
Regarding Korean, I had a good (korean) friend who would tell me about all sorts of korean conspiracies. Stuff he told me only koreans knew. One was that written korean was the most perfect written language in the world, and that anybody could learn the basics in 24 hours, since it was formulaic, mathmatical. He also told me that korea used to be called Corea, but japan changed it so that japan would be first in an alphabetical list. There was also some conspiracy about the korean zodiac that I couldn't really understand. Unfortunately for my story, I lost track of this friend almost a decade ago.
