Refinery Fire - Richmond. No 'Splosions

No 'Splosions. Fire just started spontaneously...... reporter didn't hear 'splosions. Witnesses heard something like 'splosions. Can't explain why some people are claiming 'splosions...... weird people imagining 'splosions.... there was 3rd 'splosion..... it's not clear why people are saying they heard 'splosions. Chevron says no 'splosions.

Live stream and photos of fire. No 'splosions though, so forget about that.
