Ok if you are a jew or a Irabian you cant make this......


About 6 pounds of pork cushions, pork with not alot of fat on it, cut up in 1 to 1/2 inch squares
2 small onions or 1 great big one
4 cloves of garlic
mexican oregano/ Italian if the Mexican cant be found
salt/pepper if you like
1.5 pounds of tomatillos
14 green peppers / chile relyonos, or a big can of em, the kind you make stuffed peppers out of ( green chiles )
5 or 10 jalapenos, how hot you want it!
1 or 2 bunches of cilantro, depending on how green you want it !



Cut up your meat and fry it with a bit of oil
add your garlic/onions.

cook for a bit/ add a little vinegar/ and sugar a pinch of both

Then add everything else and cook for approx 3 hours, on low, or until it looks like CHILE VERDE, Green meat stew. you can also add some potatoes to it at the end if you'd like, cook through.

Chile Verde, wrap it up in a flour tortilla/ fiesta .... you gots chile verde !!!
