I did a web search

Nothing !

Are there any guns that have a bag of some kind into which the shells/ bullet casings are ejected, instead of them being dropped onto the ground ?

There are brass catchers on the market for most guns, Are they all practical? No! But some gun/catcher combos do work well.

revolvers are just about the only option. There are old Revolver Rifles (late 1800's pattern guns).

Brass catchers as other mention, but now you're adding serious weight to the rifle (Unless you dump that bag often) and a bulky add on that may not take to the rigors of serious use (non benching).

Bolt actions are another option. With practice it is easy to smoothing extract the case while retaining it in your hand and the reload the rifle. Yes, its slower, but it is taught as a standard reload drill to snipers to this day.

There are guns, like kel tecs new .308 and many other european models, that eject the brass out the front (kel tecs just dumps out the front, doesnt fling them around) or straight down underneath the rifle.

There are always lever guns.
Watch me catch the cases so I can reload 'em later

Note the smith revolver on the hip. Empty brass goes in my pocket

For a rifle you can look at a circuit judge. Its a modern "revolver" rifle. Takes .410 shotgun/slugs and .45 long colt.
