Talking about advanced architecture discovered in the Mediterranean dating 3500 years ago, and a large volcanic eruption that destroyed everything. Multistory buildings, plumbing and sewage, bathrooms in upper rooms of buildings were all found dating 1500 bc.

It's part of a whole series. That's just part 12, but it's the easiest to watch on it's own. You'd have to watch it from part 1 and onward. Some of it makes sense to me, some.... well I don't know. All I do know is I know nothing about how the world really is.
