He didn't say that their zero interest rate policy (ZIRP) is killing all the retirees in this country. He didn't say that fractional reserve banking is the biggest swindle on the planet. Exactly, Hatha, exactly. By killing savers and the people who actually fund investments, they are killing true economic growth. The idea that consumption drives economic prosperity is a disaster and is removing billions if not trillions of capital from investment that would otherwise be used to create a more prosperous future for future generations.
