What would you say if I told you that if… IF you proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that the United States government, G.W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and anyone else that you think you can somehow connect with what happened on 9/11 where guilty, complicit in, and responsible for 9/11 – that they were acting under the protection of law?

What if I were to tell you that Terrorism as defined in U.S. CODE is legal for the U.S. Government?

Well… this is the God honest truth.

On this 9/11/11, I feel almost obligated to say something about 9/11. After all… I was there. I watched the buildings fall from my roof. And so I finally shared how it felt that day in this interview:

After so many years of trying to wake up the sleeping masses to the crimes committed on 9/11 by their own government, I now know that acts of “Terrorism” by the U.S. Government and its contractors (i.e. Halliburton and Blackwater) are perfectly legal under the U.S. CODE.

There is not a damn thing we the people can do about it from within the legal system.

And so perhaps we should be focusing on what the law is before we tell others to wake up. All these years of telling others they are sleeping, and it turns out we were all wrong!

We say that Building 7 is the “smoking gun”… But there is no smoking gun when crime is legal.

Terrorism is legal my friends.

Everything that the government deems to be a crime is not a crime if the government does it. Do as we say, not as we do.

How many people do you know who have taken the time to read any laws? I always wondered why the call the statutes 'Code'. It's because there is a hidden meaning in all of the statutes.

If you start with the assumption that you are the slave, and the laws are the will of your masters, you will be one step ahead of the people who think they already know everything. Through the law, your master can do whatever he wants to you, and there is nothing you can do about it. It helps however to know the distinction between lawful and legal. Much of what the government does is unlawful, yet perfectly legal.

The only way to protect yourself from the law is to not consent to anything that would put you under their jurisdiction. If you stay in Common Law jurisdiction, you have a much better chance of getting justice.

And by the way, that smell in lower Manhattan on 9/11/01 was likely the micro pulverization of the steel in those buildings.

Someone wise told me, that when reading Code or Statute your should begin at the end of the code and work your way back. That way you can see the ends and perhaps better identify and understand the means. For the most part this does help. Not always....especially the older statutes. The newer ones are more suited to that principle.

I've been impressed by Clint Richardson since I watched Corporation Nation. He's doing something I have not seen from anyone else. He actually looks at government documents to figure out not only what the government is doing, but how the government operates. And then he tells us.

He brought up the Exchange Stabilization Fund, which is a huge powerful force that only one in a few hundred thousand knows about. Just like CAFRs. Or the idea that governments at all levels are corporations. This guy de-mystifies the government and TPTB. He presents facts, and lets them speak for themselves. He even talks about the trivium. I've learned a lot of stuff from him. Mostly about how the world works.

He's got a more realistic perspective on how the Fed operates than I have had, and I'm changing the way I see things. I believed for a long time that the Banksters were were exploiting everybody, including the government so they can control the world. I am now changing that view to seeing that it is the Fed in collusion with the government that exploits everybody else. The Fed controls the money, and the government controls the laws, the media, and our education. It is a shared agenda between the Fed and the government to control the American people and the world. They are using the power we give them against us. And Clint Richardson shows us how they do it. I am so glad I've discovered this guy.

My family is having a kind of reunion this past week. The last two of the Great grandparent generation are very aged now. The family started constructing a family tree some 25 years ago. It has moved around the country stopping with various relatives to have them fill in the blanks. Life has got in the way many times and there are still a lot of holes. Time is short now so we are planning a national road trip to pack this stuff up and cart it around to each of the branches of the family. We need to get the information from the remaining elders and document it.

I can tell you it has been a major eye opener this past week, just talking with those who came to our side of the country for this gathering. I have learned some amazing things and had other things confirmed that I suspected.

If any one has contemplated doing a tree or getting hold of the work others in your clan have done, I would strongly recommend it. Seriously, get to it. It looks like I am going to be the one who will be the next keeper of the records. Hopefully I can assemble them, preserve the documents and find a way to store them safely until someone else takes over. I can say much has been revealed. I now have seen or possess some amazing historical documents that go back to the turn of the 19th century. I know there are more to be included and I'm hoping to get hold of some that go back to the founding of this country, at least the western side of the country.

I'll say again, I have been amazed with what I learnt this past week and this thread caused me to ask some interesting questions that actually stunned everyone I asked. It was like turning a on light bulb for the family elders. Somethings suddenly took on a whole new perspective. Amazing to see their faces as they considered what I asked. It was also good to see brothers and sisters who have not been together for 40 years or more. Full of stories that make you laugh and make you cry but most of all make you proud to be part of your family.

There is some lack of info about how our family actually came to be in Australia. Not much record around the time leading up to departure from England or exactly what happened here in the first years after their arrival. It was basically early on in Australias history that they came. I asked how could this be? If you ponder those times, the distance of the journey, the time it took and the size of these vessels it strikes me as odd that my family travelled here at that time. Maybe people have seen an old timber sailing ship, maybe they haven't. The thing is they are quite small when you get up close to them. Coming out here in those days was a monumental expedition. I don't think you just jumped on a boat and hit the high seas for adventure. Still need more info to confirm somethings but it got them all thinking.

Maybe it was a mistake? But, no ... the editorial is featured on the top righthand side, the most important place.
Weird, eh? Is this the advent of a new Onion? Will this version actually aspire to be Lenny Bruce rather than Gomer Pyle?

The 9/11 meme (http://www.thedailybell.com/floatWindow.cfm?id=654) is not one to be easily tampered with. It is the foundational theme of the current war on terror (http://www.thedailybell.com/floatWindow.cfm?id=1877) that is allowing the West, and especially the governments of Europe and the US, to strip rights away from citizens virtually at will.
The subdominant theme (http://www.thedailybell.com/floatWindow.cfm?id=2310) might be that 9/11 is a settled business. No reason to dig it up again even if it should be unearthed and reexamined.
But The Onion sure has done that. Maybe times are changing. The Onion recently severed most if not all of its mainstream media (http://www.thedailybell.com/floatWindow.cfm?id=1861) relationships for its print edition. Perhaps this has freed up the editors to be a bit more daring.
Maybe it presages a different Onion with a more adversarial stance. But when we read other articles on the website they were the usual predictable stuff. One was slamming Chris Brown for being a woman-beater. Another was parodying "preppers." Some of it was funny, or even clever. A lot of it was kind of sophomoric.
But, gee, this Santa piece about 9/11!
We have no idea why it ended up where it did. When we reviewed Google, it became clear that The Onion comments on 9/11 a lot. Perhaps in this one area, The Onion is bold and even confrontational. Maybe someone who reads The Onion more regularly can fill us in.
In the spirit of the Season, we recommend this parody. It's raised points that we've raised in the past. There's just too much that is unexplained about 9/11 to believe the official story: the impossible cell phone calls, the inexplicable lack of air defense and much more.
Maybe, as we've suggested, the best thing would be to convene a new commission, public or private and let it reexamine the "evidence."
But we won't hold our collective breath. Won't happen. No how. No way. The 9/11 attack/tragedy will continue to fester at the heart of the American psyche.
Conclusion: The US will never be healed until the truth about 9/11 is plainly stated. But unexpected articles like this one in The Onion – whether you agree with it or not – are a start.

CAFR defiantely is global. I found it in operation in the state I reside in, Western Australia. In 2004 - 2005, the last year they publically published accounts that I could find.

In that year, income from investments was $4,000,000,000.00
Expenses of running the state was $,2000,000,000.00
Taxation against the people was $2,000,000,000.00

So in summary the govt took in $4 billion in income which could have paid down all of the expenses and they would have had $2 billion left over which should have been redistributed to the people. This is what is supposed to happen.

Of course the govt introduced this meme of "budget surplus" which has not legal authority to exists. Basically it means they can over tax and never reimburse the people.

In 2004 - 2005 I should have paid no state taxes and I should have received a dividend of about $2000.00.

Instead they took the $4 billion and then stiffed the people with a $2 billion dollar expense bill.

I figured you probably posted it somewhere. I just had no idea where.

I've been trying to grab this video. Download helper seems to have changed again or is incompatible again with firefox. It used to appear on the tool bar but now appears embeded in the web page. It appears to download but the interface is very unclear now. No download arrow progress indicator in the tool bar, but a slowly changing task bar progress meter on the firefox taskbar icon.

Also fails to have audio.

Anyone got an alternative they could recommend? thanks.

Edit forget that for now. I'll reinstall the Add-on and see if that resolves. I found a download progress tab by hitting Ctrl-J so thats a start but a reinstall is next if audio is still missing.

^ I've got "Tube Enhancer Plus" add-on installed in my firefox. It can suppress ads, capture vids, make mp3 audio files out of vids, play in a side-bar across all your open tabs, more. Thing is, the only function I've used is the video-in-sidebar feature, which works well. I have yet to explore/test the other features.
