In April the White House’s top counterterrorism advisor, John Brennan, admitted for the first time publicly (http://gizmodo.com/5906354/america-admits-to-targeted-drone-killing-for-the-first-time-ever) to the government’s significant reliance on drones in prosecuting the War on Terror. Brennan said that the remote control killing of suspects on foreign soil who have been charged with no crime whatsoever, is “in full accordance with the law."

I think Brennans statement is correct. I think it's codified.

Trying to find a thread of a radio show where they talk about this and several other morally impossible laws. I can't find it.

Here is a radio interview. This says it's about 911. It's not about who did it. It's about what the Govt have done since with the mandate of 911. They have introduced laws such as the OP. There are others and yes it's disturbing.

Clint brings another couple to light. What I call Morally Impossible Laws..... because if you have any morals you could not possibly pass these laws.
