TPTB need to keep the Panem et Circensis mode in play, Fear keeps people from speaking out and resisting. The sheeple not only need to wake up, but to overcome their fear. So TPTB have to tread lightly on the economy, because sheeple who get hurt wake up, but they don't do anything until they overcome their fear. The one thing that overcomes fear easily is seeing your superiority in numbers. And doing things together that succeed. This video points in the right direction.
