Says he cant remember what the national debt was when he took office. Listen to this snake lie out of both sides of his dirty mouth. Of course he throws out how Clinton had such a great economy (Never mentions the FED and the bubbles they artificially created under Clinton). Next he goes on a tyrade about how Bush started 2 wars, but never mentions that he grew those wars and extended them indefinately!

Then Letterman askes him "Who do we owe this debt to ?". Obama replies "We owe it to ourselves". WTF? If i owe it to myself, then i choose to pay it to myself.

The District of Columbia is such a municipality intended to be used to attach territory to. If there is a national debt it would seem to attach to the municipality. The municipality consists of 1) Obama 2) Biden 3) 100 Senators 4) 435 Representatives 5) miscellaneous judicial actors who attempt to convince you that this debt belongs to YOU.
