After a three-day trial and more than four hours of deliberation, a Hennepin County jury found Alvin Schlangen not guilty of three misdemeanor counts of selling unpasteurized milk, operating without a food license and handling adulterated or misbranded food.
[...]In a statement, an Agriculture Department spokesman said, “We strongly disagree with this ruling,” and added that the state provided sufficient evidence to show that Schlangen violated the law.
“This narrow ruling does not wipe away the fact that many children and adults have gotten dangerously sick from consuming raw milk. It also does not wipe away the other legal rulings that have upheld MDA enforcement actions,” the statement said.,,,

Hey you unelected bureaucrat criminal: The Jury decides if he broke the Law or not. its called Jury nullification, and you should look it up sometime.

Do you know for how many hundreds of years man consumed raw milk? And now you think the Feds control REALITY? FUCK YOU!!!!!!! Besides, they VOLUNTARILY chose to drink raw milk. They are allowed to do that in America you Soviet Change Agent.
These people honestly want a hard working guy put in PRISON because of selling his own milk. Im pretty sure i know who the REAL criminal is here, and i also know what their punishment should be.

Here in Turkey we have this guy who comes and bring us raw milk every week. I drink a glass of it and it tastes wonderful, as far as I know I have never gotten sick of it, more probably I have stayed healthy because of it. Funny thing is that here you can also in the shop buy Organic milk, but it is UHT, WTF? First you go through the trouble of making sure the milk is free from antibiotics and that the cows are fed proper nutrients with no chemicals and then you boil the shit out of it, so that no vitamins and other vital nutrients are gone!

Back in Cuba that was the only kind of milk that there was, we would bring it to a boil twice and it was good to go, and I am still here, after 72 years.....

If you brought it to a boil, it was no longer raw. You were pasteurizing on a small scale. Not just pasturizing, but ultra-pasteurizing.

Risk of illness is not the real issue; it's all about control isn't it?
