Now I'm curious about this. I'm an Amerikwan citizen, but I most definitely refute the outrageous claims of the hoax. What would I have to do to get extradited to Germany?

This whole fucking lie just needs to stop.

Holocaust denier extradited to Germany for prison term Gerhard Ittner spent seven years on the run before his April capture in Portugal September 19, 2012, 5:37 pm 4 (http://www.timesofisrael.com/holocaust-denier-extradited-to-germany-for-prison-term/#comments)

BERLIN (AP) — Bavarian prosecutors say a German neo-Nazi who spent seven years on the run until he was captured in Portugal has been extradited to Germany to serve his prison sentence.
The Nuremberg-Fuerth prosecutor’s office said Wednesday that 54-year-old Gerhard Ittner was flown to Germany on Tuesday and will begin serving his 33-month sentence for slander, racial hatred and other crimes.

Ittner was convicted in 2005, but fled before he could be imprisoned. He was captured by Portuguese authorities in April and has been in custody there since then.

Bavarian officials say the one-time member of the now-defunct German People’s Union party was a known Holocaust denier who used the Internet to spread far-right propaganda between 2002 and 2004.

The comments are brilliant.

I think you would have to go to Germany and tell the truth and then get charged and then take off to a country that extradites to Germany.

Damn it, and with Oktoberfest coming up I'm busy.

The thing with the holocaust is not IF it occurred but rather WHEN it occurred. Would you believe 1957?

holocaust
mid-13c., "sacrifice by fire, burnt offering," from Gk. holokauston "a thing wholly burnt," neut. of holokaustos "burned whole," from holos "whole" (see holo-) + kaustos, verbal adjective of kaiein "to burn." Originally a Bible word for "burnt offerings," given wider sense of "massacre, destruction of a large number of persons" from 1833. The Holocaust "Nazi genocide of European Jews in World War II," first recorded 1957, earlier known in Hebrew as Shoah "catastrophe." The word itself was used in English in reference to Hitler's Jewish policies from 1942, but not as a proper name for them.

Auschwitz makes all too clear the principle that the human psyche can create meaning out of anything. [Robert Jay Lifton, "The Nazi Doctors"]

Words are symbols and nothing more. The word was not applied to anything that happened in Germany until 1957.

So, if I want a free trip to Germany, all I have to do is publicly deny the holohoax?

I've never been to Europe, and Oktoberfest is coming up... hmmm

I think Oktoberfest actually starts now, so you better hurry up and deny. ;)

Meh... I'm not prepared, and I certainly don't want to half-ass the job.

Next year!

That is probably one of the best reasons to NOT have a Facebook account! ;)
