all of my friends, the local talk radio station, national press, etc. is UP IN FUCKING ARMS about the nfl refs and blown calls.

OMFG, CALLS ARE GETTING BLOWN IN THE NFL. IT"S A NATIONAL FUCKING EMERGENCY.

meanwhile, none of these retards know who their elected officials are, none of them understand how banking works, none of them are knowledgeable about anything foreign policy related, and on and on.

BUT OMFG, THEY ALL KNOW ABOUT NFL REFS!

i can't take it anymore, it's like i am surrounded by a a huge pool of retarded people. i went to my kid's boy scout meeting last night, and half of the parent meeting was dominated about talk about nfl refs. i was like, "maybe we should talk about the motto BE PREPARED and focus on that instead." NOPE, NFL REFS.

Sorta shows that most are locked into the mass social hive mind that has developed around the offerings of mass media. The Romans had the coliseum, society today has sports and the entertainment offerings. For the hive minds that most sheep have that forms today's society.

Heaven forbid that the talking heads get serious and stay on the real topics that directly effect today's life and the future well being of society.

People in general live for the right now, the hell with the past nothing to learn there so lets move on so we can repeat it again in another 10 years or so.

I agree with chad , the situation we have in the NFL is terrible, my personal opinion is it is
all rigged, blown calls, useless refs, might be gambling interests paying these people off.

I stopped watching sports 10 years ago. ITS NOT REAL!!!!! It would be one thing if it was actually an organic de jure game, but with hundreds of million$ of dollars at stake, you would have to be a complete IDIOT to not think it is ALL rigged.

I miss playing football, that was 20 years ago, played both ways at times,
hurt my leg bad, then they only called me in for special missions, short yardage,
right on the line, I didn't even listen to the plays, take out the first and closest
guy, and if I didn't do that, ... , the freight train was coming off my back.

but, repeated news coverage is easy to plan. it's today's version of "Michael Jackson's hair caught on fire".

so basically, the one defensive guy caught the ball, making it an interception, and the receiver had a hand on it, and the ref gave it to the receiver ?
