Again, when the poles melts some more many wonders will be found.......if they haven't already.

Gotta agree with you there, Ponce...

Here is a map of Anartica

The Green is Land, the Light blue is the ice over it

The south pole was once an archipelago!! It's still there and stuck under a mile of ice!!

The Piri Reis map

In 1929, a group of historians found an amazing map drawn on a gazelle skin.

Research showed that it was a genuine document drawn in 1513 by Piri Reis, a famous admiral of the Turkish fleet in the sixteenth century.
His passion was cartography. His high rank within the Turkish navy allowed him to have a privileged access to the Imperial Library of Constantinople.
The Turkish admiral admits in a series of notes on the map that he compiled and copied the data from a large number of source maps, some of which dated back to
the fourth century BC or earlier.

The Controversy The Piri Reis map shows the western coast of Africa, the eastern coast of South America, and the northern coast of Antarctica. The northern coastline of Antarctica is perfectly detailed. The most puzzling however is not so much how Piri Reis managed to draw such an accurate map of the Antarctic region 300 years before it was discovered, but that the map shows the coastline under the ice. Geological evidence confirms that the latest date Queen Maud Land could have been charted in an ice-free state is 4000 BC.

The official science has been saying all along that the ice-cap which covers the Antarctic is million years old.
The Piri Reis map shows that the northern part of that continent has been mapped before the ice did cover it. That should make think it has been mapped million years ago, but that's impossible since mankind did not exist at that time.

Further and more accurate studies have proven that the last period of ice-free condition in the Antarctic ended about 6000 years ago. There are still doubts about the beginning of this ice-free period, which has been put by different researchers everything between year 13000 and 9000 BC.
The question is: Who mapped the Queen Maud Land of Antarctic 6000 years ago? Which unknown civilization had the technology or the need to do that?
It is well-known that the first civilization, according to the traditional history, developed in the mid-east around year 3000 BC, soon to be followed within a millennium by the Indus valley and the Chinese ones. So, accordingly, none of the known civilizations could have done such a job. Who was here 4000 years BC, being able to do things that NOW are possible with the modern technologies?

On 6th July 1960 the U. S. Air Force responded to Prof. Charles H. Hapgood of Keene College, specifically to his request for an evaluation of the ancient Piri Reis Map:
6, July, 1960
Subject: Admiral Piri Reis Map
TO: Prof. Charles H. Hapgood
Keene College
Keene, New Hampshire

Dear Professor Hapgood,
Your request of evaluation of certain unusual features of the Piri Reis map of 1513 by this organization has been reviewed.
The claim that the lower part of the map portrays the Princess Martha Coast of Queen Maud Land, Antarctic, and the Palmer Peninsular, is reasonable. We find that this is the most logical and in all probability the correct interpretation of the map.
The geographical detail shown in the lower part of the map agrees very remarkably with the results of the seismic profile made across the top of the ice-cap by the Swedish-British Antarctic Expedition of 1949.
This indicates the coastline had been mapped before it was covered by the ice-cap.
The ice-cap in this region is now about a mile thick.
We have no idea how the data on this map can be reconciled with the supposed state of geographical knowledge in 1513.

all this can only be explained with a predeluvian era or a pole shift. Not sure as to whether the deluge was a result of a pole shift, could have been caused by an astroid hitting earth too.

Everything goes back 10,000 to 18,000 and then back some more to 25,000 and then to 75,000 and then to 150,000 and I lost track after that ........but remember that there are walls and rocks drawings that show dino walking with humans.

Modern man has existed exactly the same genetically for at least 50,000 years and quite possibly 250,000 years. In about 200 years we went from using wind powered sails to the Mars rovers and beyond.

The Sphinx...the damn riddle of the Sphinx. It's been about 13,000 years since Egypt had rains that can cause the type of water damage existing on the Sphinx.

Personally, I do not think this is humanity's first attempt at civilization.

What pisses me off about this video Goldie - is that title you use on the post. Yet again it appears you have an agenda. Why would you write ALIEN CITY? Are you somehow privy to alien architecture? No, so THINK and write with honesty. Copy-paste is for morons.

Mixing Aliens into archeology is a tremendous shame. It takes from the real pursuit into our collective past. I bet DNA is hiding/saving some of this information for us, we just haven't learned to read all the code yet.

You assume much too fast, Dmac. No agenda. sorry about that, I got an email with that subject line as it appears on disclosure.tv. Then I found the video on youtube with another title. But I had copied the subject line and pasted it on here and clicked submitted. Too late. In a previous posting I state that I only watched 5mins of it as my internet connection is too slow. I really thought that the video had to do with aliens to some extend. From my view point the person who sent me this link didnt bother to double check the title and I am sure she also got disappointed that it was not alien related. However the material seems to be worth it aliens in it or not.

no shame on my end at all... will just I try to get access to a faster internet connection next time, so I can see for myself first and change the title if I deem it necessary. I was just growing impatient with this slow connection and decided to post anyway. I am not going to blame this person but take responsibility.

Personally, I do not think this is humanity's first attempt at civilization.

Personally, while I wont discard "acts of God", such as a meteorite impacting earth, I lean toward the theory of some PTB having caused havoc several times since humanity exists. As it is probably the case about Atlantis and Lemuria.

Yet again it appears you have an agenda.
I have in mind those astronauts statues found on some mayan archeological sites... so, me thinking that this video would reveal some similar facts isnt far fetched. Really. Not to mention The Sumerian civilization... again okay this doc isnt about it, but linking the two isnt that much of a mistake. I find your "yet again" kinda annoying.

ps: anyone interested in ancient civilizations should watch "magical egypt" by the same token. it is on youtube. A 8 hour doc worth your time.
