I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this gun. She's a single-shot, break open rifle, with a 32" barrel, 45-70.

I've been reading reviews, and they say she's accurate with iron sites, folks deer hunting 300 yards.

Things I like: simplicity, a big bullet, low cost, and seems accurate. Looks like a good prep gun to me. Thoughts?

The rear peep sight is a good idea, but they should have put standoffs on it to protect it. A single shot is not really a prep gun.
