It is not very often that you will get to hear these two heavy weights discussing the markets together. It's a phone interview live to air

Marc Faber: "Both candidates are clueless and completely artificial..."

Jimmy Rogers: "It's worse than clueless, because they think they know what they're doing.. and so they are dangerous! If they were just clueless and looked out the window, we wouldn't have a problem, but they think they have the solution - but their solutions are what's making the situation worse..."

Marc Faber: "That is precisely the point. It is very dangerous to have ignorant people believing that they know something!"

I always enjoy Marc's perspective on poly-tics.

@ 9:00 minutes in, discussion on politics/FED starts
JIM ROGERS, asked about elections, " doesn't matter , both the same, they don't have a clue "
MARC FABER, is laughing while he speaks
MARC FABER, " both candidates are clueless " " completely artificial " " nothing genuine "
JIM ROGER, " worse than clueless " , " they are dangerous "
MARC FABER " it is very dangerous to have clueless and ignorant "

Rogers has talked about Ron Paul in the past being the only one that knows anything.
Faber mentioned Clint Eastwood and ignored Ron Paul here, re RNC Convention.

The whole discussion is interesting, just highlighted this part.

Yeah I saw your post. Considered closing this one. 2 years ago what these guys said would have been talked over by the TV heads so that people either decides the speaker is a nut or they don't get all of whats said. I've notices in the last couple years guys like these two are allowed to get it out there.
