he was making radio rounds a month or so ago saying the same, chad's summary: #16 (http://gold-silver.us/forum/showthread.php?63205-Lw&p=568957&viewfull=1#post568957)
I really don't quite get his shtick about fed grabbing homes which are current on their mortgage- I know it's cliche but it seems that would "wake up" too many peeps at once, "work hard & play by the rules" types. Without listening again (or at all!), it seems LW goes on to say that fed will be in the rental/landlord biz after the great repo'ing.
Maybe TPTB keep cratering RE values, and it makes underwater mortgagees see a repo & rent scenario as attractive? They'll save $ in monthly rent vs inflated mortgage?

Re ^, from the
Thread: Agenda 21 For Dummies (incl: abolition of private property) (http://gold-silver.us/forum/showthread.php?35061-Agenda-21-For-Dummies-%28incl-abolition-of-private-property%29)
"U N Agenda 21 quote There Will Be No Private Housing Peter Schiff John Stossel Judge Napolitano"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ee6S9_H1Vk
@ 2:00 Napolitano: Is it true the government has come up with some new program whereby you give the deed of your house to the government, the government owns it, and you rent from the government?
Stossel: You bet. Fannie and Freddie are going to be in the rental business. They don't want to foreclose on so many people and dump the houses on the market, as they should to try to shrink these monsters, so they're going to rent. And what kind of record does government have of running public housing? [...more]
I think as they let the banksters' controlled demolition of real estate values progress, this "gummit holds the deed & rents to former/insolvent owners" program will be a calculated transitional step towards the eventual abolition of private property.
Don't you just love NWO "incompetence", ;)

Best avoid entering your shelter into commerce entirely. For one thing it makes no sense. Why would you have others build your home for you for cash and then pay it off over 20-30 years of mortgage payments when you could have just as easily built it yourself over a years time and put all those mortgage payments you would have made into a lifetime of stress-free living?
With a mortgage you purchase one house for yourself and three houses for the banker.

This is the Eminent Domain thing. Basically they are going to roll over all mortgages and rebundle them. Terri Buhl has been onto this for a couple years.

^ I haven't piped up about it but starting 1-2 months ago, the vBulletin GUI to embed vids stopped working right for me.
I click the little film clip button, dialog pops up to paste the YT url, I paste it, then clicking 'OKAY' does nothing. I have to cancel it out, and paste the vid myself with 'VIDEO' tags on either side.
Don't know if the timing corresponded with a vB upgrade, or firefox upgrade. It used to work fine.

Why not sell your house back to the bank as a reverse mortgage today, assuming you have enough equity? I'm thinking of doing this. No more mortgage payment and after so many years I hand the house over to the bank.

So there's going to be a changing of the guard...it's starting to look obvious to me too, seeing the Lib's back away from the Kenyan.
Williams has connections in high places and is speaking publically with their info. Knowing every phone call, text and email is being recorded and tracked when needed...would someone want to know who he's talking to?
The NWO is going to eventually own all property.
The NWO will issue a new gold backed currency.
Buy gold and silver....Oh! and buy my DVD.
Did that cover it?
This is all astounding news!

This assumes you have saved enough money to finance the purchase of land and construction of a house on it. There seems to be a taboo in America that prohibits people from saving their money. It would be interesting to read a book about how such a societal norm developed in a country where one of the founding fathers, the guy on the $100 bill, one Benj. Franklin, the author of 'A penny saved is a penny earned', and 'neither a borrower nor a lender be' turned into such a profligate mass of spendthrifts. Your advice, Palani, would be far more valid if that saving discipline was still alive in America. However, it isn't. One of the pieces of social engineering the banksters made sure to introduce in America is to kill the habit of saving money. Their objective has always been to enslave humanity, and to do so by making everyone a debt slave.
I have made every effort possible to teach my children to stay out of debt. In other cultures, parents save money and give it to their children to do what you suggest--to build, or buy a house, and avoid going into debt to strangers. The fact that virtually everybody (but the 1%) is in debt saddens me. I have no mortgage, but I don't trust the laws to protect me from the greedy banksters and politicians. The country is doomed to go down the path of the Soviet Union, or China--into a collectivist hell. Simply because people are unable or unwilling to save their money.

I too have not been able to insert videos in my posts here for about the same length of time. I think it is a bug in Firefox. I just tested this theory by using Google Chrome to insert a video in a thread (The Russian General thread) and it worked without a hitch. If I try to do the same thing using Firefox (the latest updated version) I have the same problem you described. I'm pretty sure the people who post videos on this forum now are using some browser other than Firefox. I'm not too fond of Google chrome because I have privacy issues with it.

Instance in NY state I recall hearing. A farmer split off several acres to let his son build a home on. The home was built by them.
When you split land tax liability for both parcels go to zero. The county relies upon both parcels to be recorded and entered for taxation. It seems the father did so for his parcel but the son failed to do so for his little acreage. Ergo no tax bill forthcoming.
Later (15-20 years) after paying no property tax the son decided to remodel. He approached a banker for a loan. The banker did his due diligence and found that the property had not been recorded. Since there was nothing he could loan money on (he could not seize the property without ownership being registered) he told the son to have the property recorded and the bank would then give him the loan. This was done, loan issued and shortly thereafter property tax started.
Cause and effect. You have to know what you are doing or else. Registering property is entering it into commerce. There are alternatives. Place a legal notice in the paper. Put the notice on the courthouse. Record the notice rather than the property.
