It really depends on which race of Latino. Dominicans/Mexicans will go anti white. South Americans don't like the blacks much and are worse racists against blacks in my area than the whites.

I think it is important to note how even in South America there is a clear racial divide in locals. Those of the 'native' (more tan) and those of mixed European ancestry. This is what I was referring to if I was not clear.
