My hypothesis why metals have been relatively flat for a long time:
Crypto-currencies were the tool to draw investor interest away from metals. In the meantime, Jews bought up most of the remaining large bullion dealers. Controlling bullion dealers helped them in two ways.
1) The days of buying metals incognito are almost over, as dealers are now creating paper trails using Credit Card numbers etc..
2) Now bullion purchases require taking the risk of the dealer going tits up like Tulving, NWT and Bullion Direct. The dealers now require payment in advance and a 3 week wait. Few volume buyers will go for that.
These two actions drew lots of investor interest away from metals.
