As long as it's 100% not sabotage. Would hate for Russia to be low on ammo with the Syria/Turkey shoot coming up.

Russia does seem to have a tendency to loose their aresenals and plants to explosions. There was another arsenal explosion (Tula, IIRC) a few years ago as well.

They arent THAT backwards that they should be blowing up their own munitions on a regular basis. Eitehr its sabotage, or they are testing weapons.

Remember, when we tested the A-Bomb here in the desert (back in the 40's), they claimed it was a munitions dump that blew up to cover it up. Its a pretty standard story.
