So he just got fired? Why don't they press charges and send his ass to jail? As far as I know, stealing something valued over $500 is a felony offense.

The owner of the item has to press charges. Did they? A lot of people abdicate their prosecution responsibilities and leave it up to an agent of the same outfit. What do they expect?

Cause after you miss multiple days of work waiting for your"justice"

The defense attorney and the judge is going to hash out some minor slap on the wrist. They wont see a day of jail time for your theft better to let it go or personally bust his @ss in the street
