Turn your microphone up really, really loud then swear at it in Yiddish. The command center will prioritize your web bug removal request.

Are you sure it's not your PC? Last night, I got hit with a worm attack. It was a very slick phishing attack that claimed to be a security package called Live Internet Security or something like that, including a slick window with Norton shield in the corner. This popped up as soon as I rebooted from a Anti-SuperSpyware scan. In any event, Avast also issued an alert about a corrupt/infects svchost.exe file. I stared at the monitor for a minute to get my bearings. The phish window had a button to click to buy the premium service that would delete the worm file (an .exe in the SYSTEM folder) or cancel and go unprotected. That's when I was certain it was a phishing attack. Of course, when I hit cancel I couldn't use my PC as it was hung up with the alerts. So I said fuck this and I:

1. shut down my network connection
2. disabled my network card
3. opened taskmanager and shutdown the phishing program which was running multiple times
4. ran Malware bytes which found the offending crap and deleted it with reboot request
5. ran CCleaner on the registry and wiper
6. reran SuperAntiSpyware which found nothing
7. rebooted and system came back on clean and functional
8. rechecked all running programs in Task Manager to verify cleaning

Despite my rather anal and diligent use of anti-spyware software on a regular basis, I got hit and it was very unsettling.

Check out combofix as well. Excellent cleaner. You will need to disable your existing antivirus for the scan. Been using it for years on clients. Make sure to say yes to download the Microsoft recovery console files at the beginning.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/combofix/

Also make sure you grab it from bleepingcomputer.com There's some newer download links which have popped up, and they look sketchy. The bleeping computer forum is tits for virus removal info.

Thanks for saying this, youtube works fine now (as I type this)... but I have saved the mambon's advice just in case.

Google didn't actually have a loss of $24Billion, that was the loss their stock market value took when they posted a revenue of $2.5 Billion instead of the $3Billion revenue they had 3rd quarter last year. They did have a profit though... The low teens of millions though...

I heard that Google was having bad times last year but didnt bother to dig deeper as I am into other topics these days.... how can a headline be so misleading, that sounds so far off....
