Go to link for complete article.....is a good one......the only place that is heathed in my home is the living room and the bathroom, everything else is either devide or closed down.....but for my freezer, frig, washer, water hether I don't need electricity.........my yearly average for my heating oil is less than 1/2 gallong a day.......temperature set up for between 62-68 degrees.......from the Thrieft Shop I have tons of winter equipment.

Sorry if I sound like if I am braggin (hehhehhehehe) but I want you to start living now as you will later, good practice, don't forget about the liners for your portable toilet......you can start by saving all your plastic groceries bags and double them to use a poop holders.

What if electrical power in the home was only for rich people? What about heat? What about running water? What if that divide between the rich and the poor could be delineated by who had the ability to turn on light at the flick of a switch and who did not?
Many people worry about an event like a solar flare that would wipe out electrical power, casting us back about 200 years. We’d have no refrigeration, no transportation, no climate control and no lights. But in that situation, we’d all be in the same boat. No matter how wealthy you are, any unprotected electrical items would still be useless.
What if the real threat was simply that no one could afford to pay the electric bill? What if prices escalated to the point that it was a choice between food and electricity? What if, home by home, the lights went out across America?
Across the world, the prices of electricity are rising dramatically. Customers have been warned that they will face increases. Smart meters have been installed nearly everywhere. Many places are instituting time-of-day pricing, making it only affordable to do your laundry in the middle of the night. The UK has announced that people can expect rolling blackouts beginning sometime next year and their power costs have risen 31% since 2010.
Part of the reason Americans will face higher prices is President Obama’s War on Coal. (In his own words he promised to bankrupt the coal industry.) If Obama can’t close down power producers through the front door, he does it through the back door, via the EPA. Even though the climate change theory through CO2 emissions has been completely debunked, the EPA is still passing draconian laws to reduce our “carbon footprint” and thus raise the prices on power. Obama has shut down 8 coal mines across 3 states, and he and his buddies at the EPA have plans to scale back production at over 200 coal-powered plants via a regulatory assault.
The United Nations carbon taxes have forced many areas across the globe into power monopolies. While small companies will go out of business struggling to meet the new regulations, General Electric (a large Obama contributor) has received a waiver, exempting them from meeting these new standards.

I recall that the news stories of "amazement" where people only had power for a couple of hours per day. Sometimes less. It was rationed. Now we have all these different pricing tiers for power. Use it during the day and it will cost the most. Late at night and it's cheaper. Do you want to be running a washing machine at 3 AM? Do the neighbours want you to?

France is going to ration power (http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2012-10-19/french-great-socialist-revolution-will-be-homework-free-and-very-very-cold) and gas on the basis of means testing and need. Got a lot of money, you pay more. Got no money? You get none.

Inflation is coming and we are going to see many more creative ways of hiding it. Anyway it all goes to achieving Agenda 21.

Looks like the French are on to the same theme.

The French Great Socialist Revolution Will Be Homework-Free, And Very, Very Cold (http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2012-10-19/french-great-socialist-revolution-will-be-homework-free-and-very-very-cold)

However, another proposal being currently contemplated in France may have far more immediate terminal consequences to the life expectancies of those personally experiencing the reincarnation of wholesale of socialism. Because as Bloomberg notes, "Heating a French home could soon require an income tax consultation or even a visit to the doctor under legislation to force conservation in the nation’s $46 billion household energy market."

What if electrical power in the home was only for rich people?

I recently attempted to get a duplicate birth certificate from the state's vital records office. I had a certified copy of the handwritten certificate (not the bank note variety) and I told them I wanted one just like it. They asked for ID. I showed them my state National ID but they said it had to be one issued by the state. Told 'em I didn't have such a thing but, look, I already HAD a certified copy of the BC and couldn't I just have another like it? Said "no, but do you have a mortgage document or utility bill?" Told 'em no, I had no such thing.

Needless to say I left their office empty handed. But look, they would accept a utility bill from an electric company to show that I was who I said I was (someone engaged in the commercial plane).

So y'all with an electric bill ... that is evidence that places you where the state wants you to be.

Just about anywhere in the Old 3rd World. Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia. Power a couple hours per day and everyone is illegally jacked into the grid. I think we've seen the photo's of an asian telegraph pole with hundreds of wires running off them. You have to keep your eyes peeled. Make sure you step OVER those wires running across the pavement.

The New 3rd world is much like the Old 3rd world except its setting up shop in the Old 1st world.

I know, I seen it all over the world myseld......but.......I am thinking in terms of the old to the new and then back to the old as is happening in Cuba and as it will be here.
