Did you know what happened in Mexico?...... they decide on the secon of this month to have a trainning in earthquate preparation for the 20th of the month with a 7 reading........and guess what......on the 20th they had a real one with a 7.3 earthquake...........................the same as 9/11 when FEMA was in NY for a practice run in case of a disaster, by the way, one of Obama's doughters was there.

You are getting used to the area, and like the bears are packing in on...LoL

Try taking apple cider vinegar with all your meals. Watch how low your appetite will get. You'll require less food since your body will be able to digest food better.

To tell you the truth BIG O i don't even know where I read it.......I just look at news around the world and then keep on going.......like this one, did you know that in the Mayan language "Yukatan" means " I don't know?".that was because a conquistador asked a indian the name of the place but the indian didn't know what he was saying and answered back Yukatan=I don't know.

Quit staring at my feet Ponce. :D
I did not know the origin of Yucatan. Thanks for the tidbit. I may use that in normal conversation just to perplex people.

Yes, I have been eating a lot lately. I have been weight lifting like crazy and eating more than I normally do. Have not fasted in perhaps two years....long time for me.

I too have started eating more than usual. Typically I rarely eat breakfast, almost never eat lunch, then fill up with a big dinner, and a snack or two before bed.
Lately, my appetite has been kicking in a little more, and lunch is almost mandatory now. I think Dogman is on point, it's just that time of year when our instincts tell us to stock up our energy stores for winter, just like any other animal.
No matter how intelligent we like to think we are, certain instincts simply cannot be overwritten. We are still just a higher form of animal.

But the good thing about this is that we know that we are doing it so that we can do someting about it....my weight never goes up or down more than 2 lbs.....I am lucky at that...............contrary to my pig dog that now I have to roll him down the road when ever I "walk" him.....danm fat ass.

Eating alot less since I'm dropping weight for a death march of a mountainbike race tomorrow. I've been running my juicer, and eating Thai food with broccoli instead of meat. Today's breakfast was two eggs, a piece of salmon and a lemon water.

YEP ! We love to eat & ease back in the summer, mainly fruits & vegetables (that's just natural ) and then come cold weather, lookout.
Weekends are even more ridiculous.
Just over the weekend I made haluski, cream chicken & biscuits, beef stew, chili, potato soup, chicken noodle soup.
Tonight I'm making salisbury steak & mash taters & brown rice pilaf,
and tomorrow I'm making vegetable beef soup with homemade bread and next weekend I'm making cabbage rolls & lasagna, french onion soup,
tabouleh, stuffed peppers, shepherd's pie, sweet potato salad & lots more.
The one indulgence we love that I am going to make soon is fettucine alfredo with shrimp but that is rare because it's soooo BAD !!
I've been so hungry lately for baked cod with lemon crumb coating...I gotta make that one soon again, too.
My old man keeps going hunting & comes home h-u-n-g-r-y !
I gotz a vegetarian in da house also who is sooo picky that I have to make a whole seperate grocery list/ menu for.
We eat like pigs and are gonna fatten our arses up for winter ! Cooking and eating are soo relaxing to me. Uhhhh. I should be as big as house soon.
Sometimes I have 2 or 3 crockpots all going on at the same time. It's ridiculous. I think I have a food obsession in the fall or something.
There's always a meal in the fridge/freezer (or canning jars) waiting when I am too busy & can't get to be in the kitchen cooking.
We get these chickens & eggs from a little farm down the road and the taste is soo good, it spoils you & you won't want any other chicken but theirs.
We buy a half a cow at a time from a different farmer guy and the taste of that meat is just as ridiculously delicious.
No abused or tortured animals except for the quick kill !

Sounds delicious OHL! Anyway maybe we are eating more than a usual autumn loading, because we are prepping for nuclear winter/WWIII, subconsciously?

Well, you got that assbackwards then... ;D I'm eating ginger snaps now! If you eat only one you become nice, but if you eat many you'll become one nasty sonoffabitch. And that is my nutrition tip for today!
