Seltzer water, club soda, mineral water, sparkling water, tonic water, etc.

Anybody want to comment on differences or preferences? Pro or con?

I've been trying to lessen my "soft drink" intake by replacing it with carbonated water, and have tried a few of these different carbonated waters with fresh squeezed lemons and limes. I've even tried flavoring with caffeine-free flavored tea. Still experimenting. I see that they sell water "flavorings" that you can add, but I haven't seen one that doesn't have preservatives.

They usually have chemical stabilizers. I avoid them really. You could always try Italian sparkling mineral water, but then again those things tend to have uranium in them.

I drink carbonated spring water. It is available at most grocery stores. No flouride or anything except spring water, co 2, and flavoring if you choose. About $1 for a large bottle.
