k-mart has a good ammo sale going on

was killing some time last night, dropped in to k-mart to look around. very limited selection, but i picked up some winchester super-x (130 grain, 20 rounds) for $16.02 a box. cheapest i've seen in a long time. might want to check it out if you have a k-mart. they had 30-30, .22, 30-06, 6.62 x .39 and shotgun on sale as well.

whoops, my bad, yeah 7. we don't have a big ammo selection (mostly deer hunting rounds, lot of people deer hunt here with the 7.62 x 39, good brush cartridge), but what there is cheap! i'm picking up another 4 boxes today.

went back today, down to $13.13 a box. bought all of the rest of the .270 win they had (7 boxes).
