I think it is testimony to the remarkable resilience and vitality of the private sector US economy that it has not entirely collapsed under the ever increasing weight of government meddling, taxation and increasingly despotic regulations. I must conclude that when a man continues to press a sharp object into my abdomen while I scream in pain, that he therefore intends to do me bodily harm. By this standard, the US government appears determined to deliberately destroy the private economy.
You must understand that Anthropogenic Global Warming is total junk science and has been debunked by numerous scientists. I could explain to anyone with a thinking open mind in under 5 minutes using simple understandable principles of Thermodynamics and Chemistry why it is obvious nonsense. I will give you a clue: the other heat trapping gas present in the atmosphere beside CO2, the one the environmentalist lobbyists and hucksters never ever mention, is dihydrogen oxide. It is also known as water vapor. And the heat trapping ability of water vapor exceeds that of atmospheric CO2 by 50,000% (that 500 times). So if you can tell me why CO2 can cause global warming while water vapor (which is absolutely not influenced by human activity) cannot then I would very much like to hear your thesis. It could be worthy of a Nobel Prize.

Joe Rogan was joking about this on a podcast recently, and I thought it was an actual joke. (Sometimes it's hard to tell with comedians with just audio). Plus, this is freakin' ridiculous!
I have often thought that the government was trying to systematically destroy any and all small family owned farms and ranches. This is more proof.

The plain fact is Governments across the globe have learned to leech off of the good morals of science & technology in reducing emissions or using byproduct material efficiently, while at the same time profiting off of larger emissions, and inefficient use of materials.
Their offers are hardly bi-partisan in nature (in-effect the complete opposite) and over persuasively doomed to fail.
Not good for either party private or public.

Job candidate tells Bloomberg to ‘take this job and ….. ..’ over global warming cover
Dear Sir / Madam,
I write regarding my cancellation of attendance at the ‘Bloomberg Assessment Test’ that I was due to sit today (Weds 7th Nov 2012). I wanted to communicate my reasons for doing so.
As I am sure Bloomberg and its various holdings and affiliates hold potential candidates for employment to the highest standards, I also hold potential employers to similarly high standards, especially as – unlike many of the new graduates who will be applying via the BAT – I will be completing my PhD in the Philosophy of Computing having already had many years of gainful employment and a wide ranging skillset that would be attractive to a prospective employer such as Bloomberg. Indeed, I previously worked in the city as a qualified electronic trading systems consultant and have developed skills and experience since in both IT and research roles that would be valuable in city roles, should I choose to return to the finance and investment banking industry.
On November 1st, one of your holdings – ‘Bloomberg Business Week’ – published a highly misleading article, leading on the front page – ‘It’s Global Warming, Stupid’. Had this article been written by a guest contributor, or represented a rare deviation from the content typically provided by this publication, I would have ignored it. However in this case it was written by assistant managing editor and senior writer Paul Barrett and continues a running theme in the publication for promoting unsubstantiated nonsense on the issue of anthropogenic global warming that appears intended only to maximise hysterical fear, uncertainty and doubt. The author constructed a narrative using such wildly inappropriate and factually untrue terminology as “Now we have weather on steroids,” – the kind of language that one might read and could be forgiven for thinking one was reading a satirical piece from The Onion or The Daily Mash.
