View Full Version : URGENT, Is There A Good Website For Researching State Amendments?

My wife is debating some people on fb about where to lookup state amendments (and how you should vote), someone posted a link to a soros funded think tank and she is wanting to counter.
Since I have a functioning brain I don't need someone to tell me how to vote, but most of these people are basically wanting someone to think for them, any recommendations?
Thanks for the help, the quicker the better.

Think for them! I'd rather you do it than anyone else. :)

A specific state? Or new proposed amendments for all state constitutions?

I've got one for Florida, first:
It's the Conservative Liberty Alliance. Here's hoping the name speaks for itself:

This one has all the states, with all of the ballot measures, by category but it doesn't make recommendations. (It doesn't tell them how to vote, but that's what you're for!)
Tell them to make sure they write them down and bring their answers into the booth on Monday.

I have time to elaborate now. The basis of it is, facebook apparently is full of everyones political opinions this time of the election cycle, it's either up romneys ass or obamas. My wife gets frustrated by it, and was asked for another source that broke down amendments when she pointed out that the one the person posted was funded by soros.
I'm so far out of the mainstream loop it's hard for me to connect with these people. These are the people that are like "I'm a christian, what does focus on the family say about these amendments? Oh they say I should vote yes, well that's what I'll do because I'm a christian like james dobson"
I'm not on facebook, so I never chime in on those kind of debates, just try and lend a hand when necessary. I needed the help urgently because one of the people that asked for information is very kind and I think would be receptive to RP type stuff and I feel like it was an open door and needed to be seized, and at the time I didn't have time to look it up so I appreciate you and the others helping out :)

Pretty good list, but there was one I disagreed with and a few I was unsure (due to the BS legal wording) but a good list nonetheless.
