Well, maybe not death in this case, but at least thrown in jail for trying to 'do the right thing'. This fellow learned a valuable, yet costly, lesson - avoid ALL contact with the police!

What a horrible message to the public this sends.

Option 1) Report the narcotics, and possibly face tampering charges, or drug charges, etc. Days in jail, fines.

Or....

Option 2) Shut the fuck up. Don't report anything. Bury/dispose of the drugs, and live your normal life.

Cops are shooting themselves in the foot. The whole system is. People start waking up to this nonsense, nobody is going to respect sworn officers. Officer's sworn to uphold the constitution!
