its a crack in the door
the IRS has been invincible for almost a 100 years
remember the minister from florida, who moved to montana, he talked openly about Israel, 9/11, etc was a staunch libertarian
they came after him
chuck baldwin
anyway, he is a classic example, they tried and tried to shut him up.....
its a good thing IMO
I always said if churches would teach jury nullification its game over tomorrow for the criminals

No one should have to pay taxes. I'm not religious but I think it's important to defend a churches right not to be stolen from. Stop feeding the beast, if you can -get away- with it.

Why didn't the Republicans repeal this Johnson Amendment when they had the power before ?
This sounds like more neocon get out the vote for Mittens crap.
I see no surrender here.
The I.R.S. will clarify the rules and be back.
No one should have to pay taxes. Even Bachmann supporters.

Tax breaks and tax incentives are a way for the govy to steer people's actions in the direction that they want. Not much different with churches, a way for the govy to steer churches.
