I told you so. This will happen in all western countries.
They justify this by their own satanic acts.. the so called "school massacres" (newspeak) and such. I don't think that gun owners will put up much of a resistance either tbh.
The west is fucked beyond belief. The same hypocrites that are pushing for this ban are themselves guilty of murder with much more dangerous weapons which they have put no restrictions on whatsoever. Almost each day they are killing innocent women and children collecting firewood in the mountains of Afghanistan with Apache helicopters using Infrared radar with advanced targeting systems in order to launch a couple of missiles which cost the taxpayers a shit-ton of money.
Well, thank god for the punishment that awaits these people.

I should also add that fear is what motivates them to a large extent because in the back of their mind they know that they are guilty and deserve punishment. They fear loosing their parasitic powers.

What does "no sale permissible if in possession" mean?

They will never have punishment. They will live as gods, as they always have.

That means that while you may retain any listed banned/restricted guns in your possession you would not be able to sell a banned/restricted gun if you ever want to cash out on it, if you want to divest yourself of that gun there will be only one avenue available to you - hand it over to gov.org with NO compensation*.
*which effectively amounts to a 'taking of private property for public use (public policy) without just compensation' (unconstitutional)

They could try to tax those weapons too.
So that you must pay for them every year until you hand them over.... since there is no legal option to sell.

Their wet dream is to make everyone register (and pay tax on) SAWs just like NFA weapons are now (however with NFA weapons/suppressors/AOWs there is only the one time tax for the tax stamp), but that will never be accomplished, things will get fugly before that happens.

they all ready do this with full autos . the tax stamp here 600 bucks a year to own a full auto gun , plus you open your home up for them if they come by and want to have a look to see if you still have said gun

meanwhile here in Wyoming the last 2 gun laws that were passed were all for making guns EASIER to carry concealed and on federal lands that forbid them....ha! now our legislature is mulling silencers w/o a permit of anykind....freedom still rings here at least.
