one doesn't expect the Chinese to be playful, but a huge Ferris Wheel in the middle of a freeway prone to traffic jams - in America that would probably be a code violation. or 100 code violations.

and they charge $ for riding the Ferris wheel.


looks like "Communist" China is giving the US lessons in how to be entrepreneurial.
