Amazing how South Park already got this down, 24 hours after the election:

I am pretty sure it's satire, like The Onion. If you read "about the author" . . .
About The Author: drew
Drew is a four year Navy vet who hasn't quite got the hang of civilian life yet. Occasionally he wakes up in the middle of the night and stares at a blank screen with the lights off. He tries stand up comedy every once in a while and is a huge nerd.

And also reading the "previous post" article is very telling:
Poll: Joseph Kony Currently Leads U.S. Presidential Race (http://www.duffelblog.com/2012/11/poll-joseph-kony-currently-leading-u-s-presidential-race/)
But at the same time, I could totally believe it. It seems absurd, but yet still possible that that so many unfortunate twists could happen to a box full of ballots.

While that particular article *may* be 'satire', there's an underlying truth there -

Lets see....Ron Paul was massively favored by the military as was evident in his contributions from them, to think that they all switched to mitty who is the antithesis of RP is laughable. If anything Ron Paul's constituents cost the GOP this election, as if they didn't know it before hand. The only thing worse than loosing to the D's would be losing to RP, who admittedly would have torn apart the 1 Party machine and that's just NOT allowable.

We need Morgan Freeman to come and explain this to us.
