The Author
Ronita Johnson is a convener, guide of sacred women’s circles, workshop facilitator, and integral coach. She is the creator of Celebrating Our Inner Queen, a rite of passage and ceremony that is held in communities rich with ritual and spiritual harmony in such places as Bali, Greece and Brazil. She is the co-creator of Majestic Light, a one-year coaching/learning circle, with a focus on “living life with health at the core.” Ronita has worked with inclusion and diversity issues since the 80's.
Ronita draws from her background in psychology and black studies, 30+ years in human resources as an internal and external consultant, and 60+ years of life experiences to engage women, women of color and girls in transformative conversations that matter. She is a certified coach from New Ventures West and a member of three women’s circles with a life-long commitment. She loves music, movement, learning, deep listening, meditation, experiencing new cultures, storytelling, and a good laugh. She lives in Northern California with her husband John Wayne.
