I'm starting to get the "Don't Vote" thing more now. The Elite will get whatever they want, whenever they want. They don't really care. No one cares.

The elite recognize the basis for contracts. It doesn't matter what's written on paper. What matters is what happens in actual practice. If they can violate terms of their written contracts, and no one opposes it, that is the contract. It works the same way with laws. If you break the law, and no one opposes you, i. e. law enforcement isn't doing its job, then you don't need to worry about the law any more. George Bush said that the Constitution is 'just a goddamned piece of paper'. The rule of law has morphed into 'whatever you can get away with.' We all recognize that law enforcement lapses for certain parties as a form of corruption, but we will never hear that word from our mainstream media. Silence about corruption is also corruption. Vote fraud is a form of corruption. But who's investigating it? Will there ever be an investigation? Not likely. Maybe a cover-up, but no investigation.

Participating in this system sends a message that this kind of corruption is ok. Participation leads to more corruption. The result has already been decided before the election. Why pretend otherwise? The end justifies the means. Might makes right. Voting is a mockery of a travesty of a sham. If you oppose them, and you have a following, the elite will kill you. Any opposition will lack leadership. The safe thing to do is not play the game. Don't vote. That deprives them of legitimacy. They will pretend they have legitimacy, and that will open them up to ridicule. The counter to 'do whatever you can get away with' is 'you can't get away with anything if everyone is against you.' Not voting isn't apathy. It's the new expression of dissent.

Common law pleading is a system that attempts to resolve issues. After a series of exchanges the dispute comes down to a single point of contention and that is what one goes to court to have resolved.

Common law pleading was replaced with code pleading. This was merely reading the codes and 100% relying upon the legislative power to resolve disputes.

Currently in vogue is notice pleading. Notice is provided and if not objected to then estoppel prevents future complaints. This is where everything is figuratively thrown against the wall and whatever "sticks" represents the truth of the case.

In the context of proposition 37 should there be no opposition to the ignoring the results of the election Monsanto wins.

This whole system is sloppy and worthy of a people who lets their government perform actions that are irresponsible.
