Juris ... diction ... oath spoken. No oath? Not spoken? Then forget about in personam or in rem.
They will try to tell you that they found you within their "jurisdiction". Their "oath spoken"? I don't think so. Not unless you come up with your own oath.
Jus might be soup or it might be that which is conformable to the laws, right law, justice. 'Course it could be any liquid so if the issue is pressed ask if you may urinate on it. Or possibly it is soup that is conformable to the laws. Who knows?
