The dog is simply protecting his survival food for WTSHTF.

I wanted to watch the video before I read the story. And knew exactly what happened then read the story.

The family adopted a deer that they say was abandoned. And their FEMALE dog then adopted as its own. This is all about thousand and millions of years of genetic encoding. This is the same reason that human females have a desire to build their nest so to speak. It's genetic.

Just like when my female Indy adopted Enzo and raised him as her own. As a female her natural desire to be a mother, and mother like, is built into her, just like a mans desire to bang every female that's breathing. It's all DNA and genetics.

Here's Enzo as a puppy, my female Indy is playing with him, but also teaching him, she's being a mother.
