I think so. I don't think he talks funny, it's just his accent.

Good show, it has to be caffeine in the morning of course, I can accept no substitutes.

I do liver or lacto-fermented sauerkraut.

no you're right. He's a very decent guy who does an excellent job. Cares more than about 100% of anyone else down this side of the equator.

I do liver or lacto-fermented sauerkraut.

I dunno if that would make life in the morning more , or less appealing...

For years I've avoided many things due to my belief that they would delay, compromise or incur costs to my alternative media operation,
-Chasing advertisers, because after several years of direct customer selling and getting disillusioned by my whole work life it left a kink in my personality, makes it extremely hard for me to pick up a phone and call someone to ask for money or make a business deal.
-Stayed away from endlessly repeating "Donate to me" on my radio show and youtube videos for much the same reason, I prefer to simply provide content, laughter and fun for my audience without putting my hand out too much.
-Finding people who are willing to help me, because most who have offered to do so have been unreliable, quit at the first sight of difficulty or were a complete waste of time to train and actually caused delays that wouldn't have happened if I just did all the work myself. (with the exception of 2 people who are so talented that I can't really put it into words, yes I'm talking about you Roy and Christianne!)
-Tend to stay at home and do interviews online rather than driving to locations and meeting people in person.
-Never rented a separate space for my media operation.
-Don't give donations of monetary value to people/organisations/charities I support, instead I give them time on my radio show if they want it.

These tactics have served me well up till now while I've been running a small ship,
However, in order to grow and expand and all this must change and unfortunately due to my avoidance of dealing with these areas for such a long time it's left me with a massive workload and a huge learning curve to undertake at the same time.
So, I'm now ready and willing to ask for and accept peoples help, but there have to be conditions similar to the motivation I have for myself to ascertain whether you are committed or just flippantly throwing your hat in the ring.

These are the jobs I currently do that I would like assistants to do for me so I can focus on other areas:
• Radio Producer
• Facebook Promoter
• Audio Editor
• Writer
• Video Editor
• Advertiser/Salesperson
• Business and merchandising

• Radio Producer
A fairly simple job that takes me very minimal time and effort,
-Copy/pasting general "Interview Requests" and emailing or facebook messaging them to potential guests for the show, most guests are suggested by listeners in the first place.
Then when the guest says "yes" just send them the date/time of the next available slot on the show, share skype contact details and job done!

• Facebook Promoter
Copy/pasting/sharing links to episodes of The Vinny Eastwood Show around a wide range of facebook groups and pages.
This is a very simple job but can be a little time consuming consider that each post has to be copy/pasted one by one to over 70 groups, it takes a little less than an hour once per day on average.

• Audio Editor
An extremely tough and time consuming job sometimes that requires a good ear, very strong internet and a reasonably powerful computer also helps.
Requirement is to download/edit raw audio files across skype each day and then send them back/upload them directly to the website.
Goals per day (4 days per week):
Make 1 radio archive which is exactly 2:00:00 in length
Make 1 Youtube audio archive without any music or ads
Make 1 Short audio clip (5 minutes or less) of a good rant from the show

• Writer
This is for people with a talent for language and summarizing things,
It means that you will have to listen to each radio broadcast and come up with a title for the broadcast and write a short blurb/summary about it for the archives.

• Video Editor
When making simple radio edits for youtube with no video,
It can be a breeze!
-Collect a few images of me and/or the guest
-Create a movie project in any editing program and pop the images into it
-Lay over the youtube audio file
-Then click "publish"
-Upload the file to youtube
Should take approximately 40 minutes per day of real work to get the videos published (4 days per week) depending on the strength of the machine and the skill of the user.
The rest is simply waiting till the files are published and/or uploaded.
When dealing with 1080HD footage on the other hand, this becomes the biggest, most time consuming & technologically dependent job in the entire operation by far! In many ways it's impossible to do it remotely.

• Advertiser/Salesperson
-Find businesses/donors who are either local or international that are willing to gift some money straight out or to pay for a banner on the website, a plug on live radio, or a pre-recorded advertisement to play on American Freedom Radio.

• Business and merchandising
-Create & sell Vinny Eastwood Show related merchandise like DVD's, T-shirts, Coffee Mugs etc
-Sales to be conducted both online and on the streets,
-Will require a small investment to get it going but all costs should be covered by the profits generated

WOULD YOU LIKE TO HIRE VINNY TO TEACH YOU A FEW THINGS?
•Self-taught skills I can help others learn (Mac Only):
-Audio editing (Garageband)
-Video Editing (iMovie)
-Skype (recording/editing shows using Call Recorder)
-DVD design (covers and disc using iDVD and Disc Label)
-Web Design (Weebly)
-Live radio broadcasting & producing (talk radio)
-Social networking (Predominantly Facebook)
-How to film & participate in protests & public meetings
-How to get donations & support for your work
CONSULTING FEES
$50 an hour waged
$30 an hour unwaged
