I would like to show some appreciation for Mamboni's participation here, so I call it Doc's Observations and Affirmations- DOA. He is a great and wise forum member who can put perspective into words that affirm that we are right in preparing for future societal breakdown, calling out the failed American leadership and the idea that purchasing silver and gold will one day separate the haves from the have nots. So from a not to often poster but always a reader a BIG THANK YOU Mamboni for not only your insights but your unfettered willingness to share. THANKS!

Mamboni quotes-Extramarital affair? Well, that is serious. It's not like he did something trivial like post an obvious forged birth certificate, lied about his place of birth and citizenship or cavorted with known terrorists and bigotted race baiters. Adultery, that be some bad shit.

I'm with you. I'm here mainly for the guns and gold, gold broadly meaning investment and wealth preservation topics. Also, I find the "conspiracy" and "politics" stuff useful and interesting. Occasional, an obscure topic thread turns out to be a pleasant discovery (i.e. solar activity, EMP etc.). So like you the religion stuff and pissing matchs don't interest me. The thing of it is, all one has to do is ignore and bypass this stuff. We have a very free forum here and the price we pay is the sporadic dribble and drabble. It's not a reason to leave. I for one want to help others see the big and important stuff vis-a-vis sound money and America's future. We in the know have a patriotic and moral duty to get the word out. If not here at GSUS, where?

Tp paraphrase Edna Mode: "Stay! Fight! And Win!"

It ain't perfect but it's a step in the right direction. As propaganda goes, it's a limited hangout. As we enter the coming crisis, I observe that the previously supine folk around me are increasingly fearful and suddenly open to new answers and information. Now is the time to begin educating your friends, neighbors and coworkers, gently, inexorably and consistently, with ALL the facts, about our government, Agenda 21, the NWO and the Federal Reserve Banking Cartel. Only an informed populace can strike at the root of evil and restore self-government to themselves and their heirs.

The one silver lining of an Obama victory is that it has galvanized and simplified my investment strategy for the long term: hold gold, silver and mining equities and watch your assets explode higher as the DOW crumbles and the dollar burns. As the Mogambo says, "this investment stuff is easy!"

People here get it. It's why they are here. The GSUS forum members are miles ahead of the crowd. And that advantage could be the difference between life and death in the coming days.

I am so glad that the DOA wasnt real as well. I and I am sure all if not most members appreciate the Docs participation in this forum. Not in his professional capacity alone but because of his quizzical countenance and his thoughts on all the subjects we all love. Such as bagel scanning!

Doctor: You've had an accident involving a bus.

Patient: What happened?

Doctor: Well, I've got some good news and some bad news. Which would you like to hear first?

Patient: Give me the bad news first.

Doctor: Your legs were injured so badly that we had to amputate both of them.

Patient: That's terrible! What's the good news?

Doctor: There's a guy in the bed next to you that wants to buy your shoes.

^ typical Dr./patient conversation in 'boner's office

Brother bought a coconut, he bought it for a dime
His sister had another one, she paid it for a lime.
She put the lime in the coconut, she drank them both up
She put the lime in the coconut, she drank them both up
She put the lime in the coconut, she drank them both up
She put the lime in the coconut, she called the doctor, woke him up,
And said, "Doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?
I say, Doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?"

"Now let me get this straight ",
Put the lime in the coconut, you drank them both up
Put the lime in the coconut, you drank them both up
Put the lime in the coconut, you drank them both up
Put the lime in the coconut, you called your doctor, woke him up,
And say, 'Doctor, ain't there nothing I can take,
I say, Doctor, to relieve this belly ache?
I say, Doctor, doctor, ain't there nothin' I can take,
I say, Doctor, dooooctor, to relieve this belly ache?'

Put the lime in the coconut, drink them both together,
Put the lime in the coconut, then you feel better,
Put the lime in the coconut, drink them both up,
Put the lime in the coconut, and call me in the morning

Wouh wouh wouh wouh wouh ....

Brother bought a coconut, he bought it for a dime

I'm very depressed about the state of the nation and the macinations of late by the illegal alien undocumented non-citizen Marxist-communist Manchurian candidate-in-Chief who is the present despoiler of the Oval Office. At times like this I turn inward and devote my self to the only solitary activity that will assuage my tortured soul: first-person PC games.

Can anyone recommend a good one? To give you an idea of my taste, I prefer first person action and shooter games in realistic immersive 3-D environments. My favorates from years past include: Star Wars Jedi Knight, Jedi Outcast, Halflife, Serious Same 2, Far Cry, Far Cry 2, Ghost Sniper, Magic Carpet 2 (from way way back), Soldier of Fortune, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Crysis, DOOM 3 and Oblivion IV.

Mamboni DOA? How about paper silver, down ~$1.50 at the Asian open. Clawing back now, but one begins to consider that paper gold and silver may indeed go to near zero. Maybe this is not about just the dollar and the bullion banks. Maybe the miners are the target of a massive buyout plan by TPTB? At this point, the banksters can take over every miner on the planet and total control of gold and silver production for pennies on the dollar. Think about that.

How near to zero are you talking? If it is close enough to zero, I would be willing to buy all of the gold. I'll try to save enough room for a few truckloads of silver.

If you are familar with the film "The Sting" I expect that TPTB will give all customers "the shutout;" as the paper price collapses there will be no physical gold or silver for sale anywhere. Did you see what happened in Hong Kong HKMEX this weekend? Gold exchange closed permanently - all pending contracts will be settled in cash.

"Coming to an exchange near you - check your local listings."

Are you sure about that? That would come out to less than .75 billion oz. There are around 6 billion oz of gold above ground.

The Entertainer?
My children earned 2000 Swedish Kronas (about USD 300), when they learned to play the theme of the entertainer on a piano, in tandem last summer, my dad had promised a thousand Kronas to whoever learned to play that in the family, many years ago, and to entice them to play it together I doubled the bet... My dad got tears in his eyes when he saw them play it in tandem...

Thanks a chiropractor may be able to help you play the entertainer again...

I gave my piano to my daughter and haven't tried to play for 20 years. We do have a Roland keyboard piano, but the sound just doesn't compare to a full size upright piano. In order to play songs like the Entertainer I have to contort my too wide fingers sideways to hit the keys between the sharps and flats and I believe that is what led to my carpal tunnel problems. Typing on a computer keyboard has never been a problem for me.

It was fun while it lasted, but I'm too busy tracking down conspiracies on the internet, to bother with piano's.

Fair enough! ;D I generally give people the advice to stop doing what created the problem to begin with. Tennis and golf players never listen, they will pay my children's college education. Runners doesn't listen either, but they don't have the resources generally, but I suspect they like to suffer also... ;D
