Regarding the nature and structure of time. There is a 3D space + time clock universe we're in, but simultaneously, there is a 3D time + space clock universe. Timelines can be manipulated, it's been screwed up in the past so much so that we're coming to a point that's been so over-manipulated that anything can happen. Involves David Wilcock, Montaulk, and technology (this isn't from Wilcock, rather it's from a person who says they told some of this to him, he also references some relevant books).

Measurement of time is messed up. The date changes at SUNSET rather than MIDNITE. A day is not 24 hours but rather the time from SUNSET to SUNSET. 2012 is a number. AD2012 is a year.

Julian date changes at NOON rather than SUNSET.

Equation of Time is the difference between civil time and local time. Civil time is established roughly based upon Greenwich time and 15 degree intervals of longitude, each 15 degrees being one hour. Local time is based upon noon (when the sun passes your exact longitude).
