We live in an age where technology becomes outdated almost as fast as its released to the public. This technological revolution has its impact on the cars we drive as well. Here’s a look at some of the cars we might have only imagined would be possible a decade ago.

Google Driverless Car
Imagine driving to work while asleep. Or perhaps while reading the daily paper and sipping on a coffee. It's not something we'd recommend on your next commute, but if Google's driverless car hits the production line, it's something you might actually be able to do safely. The current driverless car, a Toyota Prius, is fitted with an expensive array of lasers and sensors to detect movement and speed. It can be manually overridden by applying the brakes or operating the steering wheel though.
