It takes over 2 hours of being bare footed for noticeable beneficial effects.A grounded bed which cannot be purchased here in OZ but inexpensive earthing mats can be and have a similar effect.8 hours sleeping earthed is great,you fall to sleep quickly and wake up easily.

i havnt found it to be quackery as you call it infact just the opposite.

true bare feet works just as well and cannot be beat but what if you live in an apartment building or any building for that matter.We have found that as soon as you step into a building with electrical circuits that it is picked up by the human body immediately .Earthing yourself negates this.

I dont know whether he is selling the bed or not ,but he is using it as a prop to demonstrate the effects of earthing yourself more.

not that I could see any earthing mats on this web site as they seem to of sold out but in OZ they are about 50$ and is the cheapest way .

David would be the first one to tell you that walking on the earth barefoot is the best way to get grounded. But, without the ability to do that on a regular basis, earthing is amazing for replicating that.

David also is probably the world's most foremost authority for cultivating health and longevity. He really is amazing when it comes to nutrition and preventing sickness and disease. Does he make money doing this? Of course! But that does not negate the truth about what he sells.
