Well, they did take her daughter and place her daughter in a 'mental health facility' for a while.

It boggles the mind how absolutely mental that situation is when you step back for a second. Some of those child services lunatics need to get their heads bounced off a wall for a few hours. They had a swat team there weapons drawn over stuffing pills in a kid. Where is the common sense oversight in all this? The term total insanity is not enough to describe it.

My guess is that she invited the government into her child's life at some point in the past, is the typical scenario.

The schools get money for all the kids they have on medication it probably started at school.

In Michigan the schools get 3000 per student for being diagnosed with ADHD or ADD. Putting the kid on drugs making them zombies makes the upkeep for the child vary easy and preferred over non medicated kids. See how this works? They still get that 3K for the student throught graduation with no further analysis. The kid will carry that diagnosis throught his/her life if looked into for any reason, IE: college, good job, buying or carrying a weapon, etc.
