i was buying a coffee at tim horton's the other day and found in my change a 1952 canadian nickel.
tried looking it up on a few coin sites and all i could figure out was that if it has the chrome plating, it could be worth anywhere from 10 cents to $2...
however, if it is missing the chrome, it could be worth anywhere from $95 to >$500.
these prices depend on condition obviously, and i have no idea how to grade it, all i can say is it has some wear, but not much. i could maybe post a pic if my shitty camera will take a decent shot of it.
anyone familiar with these coins?
