Bernard in the vid references that some DEAL was made between "someone\something" & the banks, & this was the best deal the banks could get. Who or what made such a deal?

I agree with the premise, but isn't money just the easiest method by which to obtain markets and resources? People don't really want stacks of paper tickets, they want the stuff they can get with the paper tickets.

I don't know, I think those claiming the title "Billionaire" would contest that point of view

Also, the "manufacturing of demand" indicates that the majority of markets and resources are being exploited for their monetary content.
