This is what I was thinking. Read over the lyrics from the perspective of a Vampire courting it's next victim, knowing it has full control over it, and it seems there is something else entirely going on with this song.

Lady Gaga concert under investigation in St. Petersburg for 'homosexual propaganda'

St. Petersburg authorities have slammed another Western celebrity for allegedly promoting homosexuality to minors. Lady Gaga’s recent show in the city is being investigated for 'homosexual propaganda' by the author of a controversial 'anti-gay' law.

The investigation is a result of accusations by Deputy Vitaly Milonov of the St. Petersburg legislative assembly following Lady Gaga’s December 9 show in the city.

Milonov claimed that the 'Poker Face' singer was “calling on minors to support LGBT organizations,” and also accused Gaga of “the illegal use of the Russian national flag and libel towards Russia.”
