Amazing, but tragically, not surprising.

I have to admit, I'm losing hope in a recovery to morality and justice in my lifetime.

This event happened in June 2012--6 months ago. What is disappointing about it is that the cop was cleared of all charges just this week. That is why the video is available. The unjustified murder of that guy in front of his home is outrageous, but that the 'justice' system cleared this thug of any wrongdoing is many orders of magnitude more outrageous than the actual shooting. Our 'justice' system is developing a bias approving murder by cops. The next bigger outrage (incrementally) will be when the cops are sent out with lists of people whom they will be expected to murder. Sort of like what the NKVD did for Stalin in the 1920s and 1930s. But first they have to make sure nobody is going to shoot back at them. It's likely that technology has eased their job a bit. In the 21st century they will send aerial drones to do the job of institutionalized murder from a safe distance of a few thousand feet.

As I said in Ponce's (repost) thread - How robotically programmed does a person have to be to be shouting "Get on the ground now!!" to a person LAYING on the ground after being shot 11 times?

Think about that. Fucker isn't even comprehending what he is presumably seeing right in front of him.
